                                                               Self driving car

     The self driving car has dozens of subsystems and hundreds of specialized sensor

channels in order to drive by it self.  The self driving car has sensors, algorithms, and

powerful processors to execute software.The self driving cars have navigation that knows

where you are, where you would like to go and how to get to your destination. The

self driving car has the ability to make sure that the car is following all the rules of the

road and also making sure you don’t get into an accident.One of the benefits of self driving car

is that self-driving cars will no longer be required to have a driver with a license as long as

the car is safe.It would be beneficial for elders and handicapped people that need

cars available.The self driving cars have sensors to determine the distance from

another vehicle,have the sensors to determine the stopping distance and other helpful

components to decrease the chances of car accident.Also it is impossible for a

computerized vehicle to be distracted or fall asleep on the road.The potential application

could be that they could have self driving ambulance or police cars to help in getting to

their destination faster without getting into an accident.Another potential application could

 be the user can use their app on their phones to use the self driving car to come

pick them up. 



                                                                 Story write-up 

      There was a rich banker who was very well known in the finance industry named

John. He had a lot of clients that trusted him with huge funds. He was good looking,

well dressed and very smart. He was very kind and generous so he gave a lot of donations to

charities. He was married to a beautiful wife named Sara. They were a very happy couple

and planned to have a child soon. They planned to go on a road trip before they start

 a family.  However, one day while the couple was going on a road trip to San Franciso, gang

members were after them knowing they were rich. John was driving past the speed limit to

escape the gang members and the car had been going so fast it flipped over and turned into

 flames. The wife died  immediately except for him. From then on, he could not drive his

own car. John was traumatized to put his hand on the wheels and drive. He had been getting

a ride from his co-workers and family members. Although, the co-workers and family

 members felt bad for John it became a huge tasks giving him rides everywhere everyday.

John felt bad and he knew that something had to be done. Then one day, he saw the

news that introduced the new self-driving car.  It was not a semi-self driving car but a true

self driving car that didn’t need any human intervention. John knew he needed that car in

order to go around freely without asking people to take him around.

So he purchased the self-driving car. It was a new beginning for John. He was able to

call his self-driving car with the app on his phone. He would sit in any seat he wanted in

the car. He would simply tell the car where he wanted to go and the car would navigate

 towards his destination. The car had sensors and algorithms to know exactly where to

go safely and on a timely manner
